Being grateful

Are you grateful? What are you grateful for?  Being grateful is not just saying grace at dinner time.  It is an attitude of the heart.  It is a mindset that will allow you to face the challenges of life with a positive attitude.  Being grateful will allow you to see a half full glass instead of a half empty glass.  Here is a tip in how you can become a grateful person.  Take some time today and write down ten things you are grateful for. Place them in a place where you are able to see them everyday. Remember those things throughout the day and give your Higher Power thanks for providing those  ten things to you. After a while notice a change of attitude in your life.  You will become a grateful person!
